Myelofibrosis with myeloid metaplasia (MMM), Idiopathic myelofibrosis, Agnogenic myeloid metaplasia

MMM usually presents with fatigue, weight loss, splenomegaly with or without symptoms. Anemia and various alterations of the white blood cell and/or platelet count are frequently seen at diagnosis.
